Well alll you college sports fans yesterday was a big day in college football. Some teams proved that they belong at the top, while others fell way short of their exspectations.

In what was thought to be a battle of defenses turned out to be a shoot out between FSU and Clemson. FSU however, came out on top 49 to 37. Quarterback EJ Mannuel threw for a career high 380 yards and 2 touchdowns, and running back C. Thompson rushed for 103 yards and 2 touchdowns. What was throught to be the highest scoring game of the year ended up being a one sided game. The Oregon Ducks destroyed Arizona 49 to 0. Oregon quarterback M. Mariota threw for 260 yards and 2 touch downs. As of right now, the Oregon Ducks look like the team to beat on the west coast as they are 4-0 and ranked at number 3.

After going 0 and 3 against Stanford for his carreer USC quarterback Matt Barkley hoped to finally beat the Cardinals. Unfortnately without his starting center, Barkley would stuggle throughout the game throwing 2 interceptions, and loosing 14 to 21. With this loss the nuber 2 USC Trojans lost to the number 21 Stanford Cardinals, and left Barkley with a 0 and 4 record against Stanford for his carreer.

Number 4 Oregon defeated Tennesee Tech 63 to 14. Quarterback M. Mariota threw for an incredible 308 yards and 4 touchdowns. Watch out for Oregon to take controll of the West Coast as they have been running over everyone theyve faced.
